Victor Librae
Victor oversees all aspects of the Firma Partners business, including deal flow and loan progression for Firma Partners, harnessing his unparalleled track record as one of the UK’s leading real estate development finance specialists.
Victor has in-depth experience arranging finance across the capital stack, including as a co-founder of Urban Exposure as a lender in 2008. Urban Exposure was listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2018 as the UK’s first and only publicly listed specialist real estate development lender.
Victor has partnered with world-leading private equity institutions, as well as international banks, hedge funds and private investors, to successfully lend over £3.5 billion of real estate development loans under his own companies.
Arrif Ali
Arrif has led and managed more than £10 billion of real estate transactions across the capital structure. He has previously represented investors through leadership roles at market-leading real estate investment platforms, including as Director at Grosvenor Group, Principal at Cain International and Vice President at Guggenheim Partners.
Arrif graduated from City University Business School and is a CFA charter holder.
Michael McMahon
Michael is a highly experienced real estate financier with over 22 years of industry experience. Michael has held senior leadership positions at a number of institutions including NatWest Group plc, Lasalle Investment Management and Urban Exposure plc.
During his career, Michael has partnered with various international banks and global private equity investors, driving significant value creation through lending to best-in-class real estate developers. Michael holds an MA from Cambridge University.
