Firma Partners Funds Regal’s Newly Completed Clarendon Works Scheme

Firma Partners has provided a £58.6m refinancing facility to developer Regal for The Clarendon Works, a newly completed 140,000 square foot office development in Watford. The building, which is nearly 80% let, features tenants such as Allwyn, Epson UK and YoooServ, and is designed to high sustainability standards, including BREEAM Excellent and WELL Platinum certification. This marks Firma’s second transaction, following its loan to McGrath Group for a £200m GDV residential development in west London.
