Firma Partners and Precede Capital have jointly provided financing for the acquisition and development of Barclay House, a landmark office-to-residential conversion project in Manchester’s city centre. The c. £30m project will transform a neo-Renaissance building on Whitworth Street into 94 residential units with extensive amenities including a gym, cinema, co-working space and private dining room, targeting young professionals and students. The project is strategically located near Oxford Road station and within walking distance of key areas like Spinningfields, Deansgate and Manchester's major universities.
