Arrif leads on strategic execution and investment, drawing on more than two decades of experience structuring and managing over £10 billion in real estate transactions across the capital structure.
His career includes leadership roles at Grosvenor Group, Cain International and Guggenheim Partners, where he managed large, complex real estate investments on behalf of global institutional investors. His background gives Firma Partners both the capital markets insight and institutional discipline needed to underwrite and manage risk effectively at scale.
Arrif holds a degree from City University Business School and is a CFA charter holder, bringing a highly analytical and investment-led approach to Firma’s operations.
