Daniia focuses on asset and risk management at Firma Partners, overseeing ongoing loan portfolio performance. Prior to joining Firma, she oversaw over £6 billion of commercial real estate debt portfolios for institutional lenders and private equity clients while working at Situs, including Apollo, DRC and Roundshield Partners. Prior to Situs, Daniia worked on the acquisitions team at a UK property development firm.
Daniia holds a Master’s in Real Estate from Bayes Business School and a Bachelor’s in Business and Management from the University of Sussex.
