Michael brings 22 years of real estate finance experience, with deep expertise in credit structuring, underwriting and risk management. He has held senior roles at NatWest Group, Lasalle Investment Management and Urban Exposure plc, where he worked closely with developers, banks and private equity firms to deliver value across a range of real estate lending strategies.
Michael plays a central role in maintaining Firma’s high standards of underwriting discipline and execution certainty. His ability to assess and manage complex risk profiles ensures that credit is deployed in a way that aligns both with borrower needs and investor expectations.
He holds an MA from the University of Cambridge and brings a considered, data-driven mindset to the firm's credit function.
