Sacha is an Analyst at Firma Partners, supporting the underwriting and structuring of real estate transactions. He joined the firm following a successful internship, during which he quickly demonstrated strong analytical ability, professionalism and a clear enthusiasm for real estate finance. He now contributes across transaction analysis, financial modelling and the preparation of investment committee materials.
Prior to moving into real estate finance, Sacha gained experience across the UK real estate sector in both new homes sales and commercial agency. This varied background gives him a well-rounded understanding of market dynamics, development execution and borrower priorities, supporting a commercially grounded approach to underwriting.
