Victor oversees all aspects of the Firma Partners business, with a particular focus on origination, borrower relationships and strategic direction. He brings an exceptional track record as one of the UK’s leading development finance specialists.
Victor has extensive experience arranging finance across the capital stack, having co-founded Urban Exposure in 2008 and grown it into one of the country’s most recognised non-bank lenders. Urban Exposure became the UK’s first and only publicly listed real estate development lender, floating on the London Stock Exchange in 2018.
Over the course of his career, Victor has partnered with leading private equity houses, global hedge funds and international banks to deploy over £3.8 billion of real estate development loans under his own companies. His deep borrower relationships and hands-on knowledge of the development cycle allow Firma Partners to offer pragmatic, tailored solutions that are rooted in real-world experience.
